One of only a few south Florida physicians Board Certified in two specialties: Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She obtained her medical degree from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York in 1993. She completed her internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Libman furthered her medical education by completing one of the top emergency medicine residencies at Jacobi Hospital and Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She moved to Martin County Florida in 2000 and has practiced as an emergency room physician at Martin Memorial Hospital and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center. She resides in Palm City with her husband Rob, her son Daniel, and her two dogs Daisy and Stitch.
Dr. Nicosia graduated from Gettysburg College, Pa. He also attended the University of West Virginia Department of Anatomy. He received his osteopathic degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Nicosia is an Army veteran who trained in Emergency Medicine. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has served as a director of Emergency Medicine within area hospitals for 29 years.
Amanda Gersch obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She also completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and received a Certificate of Public Health while at the University Florida. Prior to working as a Physician Assistant, Amanda was employed as an EMT/Medical Assistant in an Urgent Care Center. Amanda currently resides in Palm Beach County. She enjoys running, boating and traveling.
Samantha Hamilton graduated from the University of Miami with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 1994 and began her nursing career working at Miami Children’s Hospital in Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant. She completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Miami graduating with a Master’s degree in Nursing as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society in 1998. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, offshore fishing, and watching sports.
