You can expect to be greeted by one of our many friendly staff members upon arrival. After checking in, our staff will assist you in completing necessary paperwork and review your insurance options. They will also collect any co-payment or deductible prior to seeing a provider. You will then have an opportunity to relax in our comfortable waiting room which offers both TV and magazines for your pleasure.

If you require emergency care for life-threatening issues you should dial 911 or visit your closest Hospital Emergency Room. If you require non-life threatening urgent care, please visit our location page for the location nearest you and call. We will give you instructions and directions to the location. If you know the address of the nearest location, please come as quick as possible and we’ll see you as soon as possible.

We have state-of-the-art digital X-ray equipment onsite that is available during business hours. We will take your X-rays and have them read by a radiologist during your visit.
We can fill some medications on-site. Other prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice and is usually ready for pickup within 30-45 minutes after your visit.
If you need medication refills you can contact your nearest office by phone or use our Refill Request Form to submit your refill request online.
Yes. We treat acute injuries from ages 6 months and up. We can provide breathing treatments as well as treatment for cuts and all kinds of “boo boos.”
We are able to provide a wide variety of medication through injections such as anti-inflammatory and steroids as well as annual flu shots, travel shots, tetanus, and more.
If you need sutures or removal of a lesion we want to make it as comfortable as possible for you. We have a variety of numbing medications to help alleviate pain. All other procedures requiring general anesthesia you should visit your nearest Hospital or Emergency Room.
Treasure Coast Urgent Care accepts most insurance plans. If you have questions about whether we accept your plan/policy you can call your location prior to visiting or for more insurance information you can visit our Insurance Info page. Please bring a valid ID and proof-of-insurance if you plan to use health insurance to pay for your visit.

The world of medical billing can be confusing so we’re happy to help clarify terms, amounts and insurance coverages, making sure you know exactly what you’re being billed for. Our in-house billing department is available Monday-Friday from 8-4pm to assist you with any issues you may have regarding billing and payments.

Yes. All of your locations have ample FREE parking and easy drop-off ability at our front doors. We are wheelchair accessible and our offices are all located on first floors.
